All gardens have areas which just aren't working, it could be a horticultural issue such as pests or diseases, soil, moisture or light problems.
We offer a consultancy service to analyse and solve these problems.
Our primary concern on a Horticultural Site Visit is the overall health and vitality of your plants.
We're looking at how well they're doing in their current position in the garden, how their neighbours are affecting them and whether they're suffering from any pest and disease problems.
In some cases, we may take away plant samples for further investigation or soil samples for analysis. Where necessary we will refer you to specific experts such as Arborists.
A Horticultural Report offers recommendations for work to be carried out in the garden. The recommendations will cover pruning and renovation of overgrown and neglected shrubs and trees, pest and disease problems and treatments and the relocation or removal of plants not thriving in their current situation or causing problems for their neighbours.
The report can be used independently by yourself or we can be contracted to carry out the works.
In many cases a staged approach is required to work within pest and disease cycles and pruning seasons.
